1. Scope of the service

Soul Tarot offers card draws, card meanings, history and AI readings where enabled. Availability depends on your app version, region and the information shown in the app. A test feature is not necessarily available for purchase.

2. Entertainment and responsible use

Tarot and AI readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They may be inaccurate, do not guarantee future outcomes and do not reveal another person’s actual thoughts. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional help. Seek local emergency or professional assistance in an emergency.

Do not enter identifying information, another person’s sensitive data or account credentials. Do not use the app for unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful conduct. AI data sharing permission is separate from acceptance of the general terms; see the privacy policy.

3. Credits, purchases and tips

Available credit packs and tips use Apple in-app purchases. They are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. Products, prices and currencies are shown on Apple’s confirmation screen. Purchased credits do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Tips include the corresponding commemorative badge, but no credits or themes.

The app shows the credit cost before you start a reading. Confirm before submitting. Free credits and campaign eligibility follow the relevant announcement and are not conditional on an App Store review. Unannounced campaigns are not a promise of eligibility.

4. Delivery, failed readings and charges

A paid reading first reserves credits. They are charged only after the result is completed and saved. Checking the same job or retrieving its saved result does not charge again. A failed, unavailable or timed-out reading releases its reserved credits. If the status has not updated, check again later.

Closing a screen, disconnecting or leaving the app does not cancel a submitted job. Starting a separate reading reserves credits again as shown in the app, so check the original job first. Contact support about a malformed completed result or a suspected duplicate charge; you do not need to purchase again to resolve it.

5. Apple refunds

Request a payment refund from Apple. Apple decides whether to approve it; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. An approved refund adjusts the associated credits or badge. If credits have already been spent, an unresolved balance may pause new paid readings. Completed results are not deleted because of the refund.

Releasing credits for a failed reading is not a refund of the original purchase payment. Deleting the app or account does not automatically request a refund. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

6. Records and intellectual property

Reading records, favourites and AI results are kept for 12 calendar months from the reading date. Favouriting a record does not extend that period. Save anything you need before expiry and check for personal information before sharing.

Rights in the app, text, interface, trademarks and card artwork belong to their respective owners. A purchase does not grant reproduction, public redistribution or resale rights in the assets. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

7. Maintenance and changes

We reasonably maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Contact support about unfinished jobs and credit balances during an interruption. Material terms or data-use changes will be announced in the app or on this website. We will request fresh consent where required.
